Own and deliver the data roadmap
:
- Oversee the design, build, and implementation of the groups single data platform to ensure operational readiness.
- Work collaboratively with data product owners on the objectives and deliverables required.
- Drive the data migration programme, ensuring minimal disruption to existing business processes.
- Manage multiple workstreams, including inbound demand from other business areas, to ensure effective prioritization and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Management
:
- Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to understand data and analytics needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring the platform aligns with strategic business objectives.
Program Governance
:
- Develop and implement a robust governance framework to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Manage and maintain the project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
- Regularly report program status to leadership, ensuring transparency in delivery metrics.
Delivery Excellence
:
- Ensure the delivery of the platform is on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and technology partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for implementation.
Change Management
:
- Oversee change control procedures to manage evolving requirements and scope changes effectively.
- Deliver a robust training and enablement programme to support users transitioning to the new platform.
Risk Mitigation
:
- Identify and address potential risks, creating contingency plans to minimize disruption.
- Drive implementation of risk mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
Line Management:
- Ensure that you and your team fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day to day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do;

- Maintain the company’s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations;
- Line manage and coach all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration and recruitment.
