The Role

As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll design and deliver best-in-class BI and analytics solutions, working closely with stakeholders to bring data to life through insightful reporting and visualization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analytics solutions (reports, dashboards, apps) using Power BI
  • Maintain and optimize BI systems for accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build robust data models in the Data Warehouse
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve productivity

Your Experience

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented analytics professional with strong technical and stakeholder management skills.

Essential skills:
  • 3+ years of BI/analytics development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Strong SQL skills for data modeling and querying
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver in fast-paced environments
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and data warehousing best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
  • Automotive industry knowledge (not essential)
