The Role
As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll design and deliver best-in-class BI and analytics solutions, working closely with stakeholders to bring data to life through insightful reporting and visualization.
Key responsibilities:- Design and develop analytics solutions (reports, dashboards, apps) using Power BI
- Maintain and optimize BI systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with technical teams to build robust data models in the Data Warehouse
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reporting
- Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve productivity
Your Experience
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented analytics professional with strong technical and stakeholder management skills.
Essential skills:- 3+ years of BI/analytics development experience
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools)
- Strong SQL skills for data modeling and querying
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and data warehousing best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Automotive industry knowledge (not essential)
