Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements from finance and actuarial stakeholders
• Produce clear, actionable specifications for development teams
• Support ongoing transformation of core finance systems
• Read or write basic SQL to support data understanding and solution design

Requirements:

• Strong experience in finance systems or finance-related change programmes
• Background in Lloyd’s or the London insurance market is essential
• Confident working between business and technical teams
• Comfortable engaging with actuarial and finance users
• Familiarity with SQL (reading or basic querying)
