As Data & Insight Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the business uses data to drive decision-making. Sitting between engineering and analytics, you’ll build robust data pipelines while partnering closely with teams across the business to deliver clear, actionable insight.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Enable non-technical teams to self-serve insights and make informed decisions
• Own data modelling, transformation, and orchestration (Dataform, BigQuery, Mage)
• Deploy and manage containerised jobs via Cloud Run
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Growth, and Operations to deliver impact
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and turn data into business recommendations
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and governance best practice
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the data function

You’re a curious, collaborative engineer who thrives in an agile, creative environment. You love solving problems, building reliable systems, and helping people use data effectively.

• 2+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer or highly technical Data Analyst
• Advanced Python and SQL skills, with experience building scalable pipelines
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Dataform, Cloud Run, and Mage (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of data modelling, testing, and performance optimisation
• Excellent communicator - able to translate technical detail into business value
• Proactive and adaptable, with a “get stuck in” mindset
• Collaborative and open, thriving in a fast-moving, team-oriented culture
• Resilient, curious, and always learning

• Salary up to £55,000 + 20% bonus + share options
