This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Head of Data to take ownership of the data strategy and transform the way information is used across the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, you’ll lead on strategy, governance, and infrastructure, driving a culture of data-first decision-making.

• Designing and delivering a modern data strategy aligned with business goals
• Leading the shift from Excel-based reporting to scalable self-serve analytics platforms
• Overseeing data governance, quality, and master data management frameworks
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Building and mentoring a high-performing, diverse team of data professionals
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You’ll bring a mix of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership experience to inspire change and drive measurable impact.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• Proven success in a senior data leadership role, ideally within a private equity-backed organization
• Experience implementing data strategies, governance frameworks, and modern architectures (Snowflake, Informatica, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and MDM principles (DAMA experience highly valued)
• A track record of automating processes and unlocking business efficiencies through data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at every level of the business
