As  Head of Data Governance , you will be responsible for bringing coherence, consistency, and value to the organisation’s data landscape. Working closely with senior leaders across, Operations, IT, InfoSec, and Finance, you’ll define and embed the data governance framework, inclusive of roles responsibilities and then evangelise the use of data across the organisation so that you genuinely enable the business to use and work with data.

• Design and embed an enterprise-wide data governance framework across global regions
• Lead the identification and definition of data, and continue to build the business glossary, data dictionary and data catalogue.
• Establish clear datasets, ownership models, and governance operating processes so data is well controlled, managed and the stakeholder's trust it.
• Develop data quality dashboards by region to demonstrate measurable improvement and value
• Act as an internal advocate for data through education and change leadership

• Proven experience leading data governance or data management initiatives at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, stewardship, and governance frameworks
• Experience operating within fragmented and disparate data and processes with the passion and stamina to deliver change and improve ways of working and use of data in this company.
• A pragmatic, educational approach to governance with low resistance and high adoption
