As a  Power Platform Developer , you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing business systems that drive operational excellence across the organization. You’ll work closely with technology teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance solutions that bring measurable business value.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 and  Power Platform

• Enhance system functionality and streamline business processes

• Manage development and bug tracking through Azure DevOps in an agile environment

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver impactful technology projects

• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Microsoft technologies and release features

You’ll be a proactive, detail-oriented developer who loves working at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll have a strong understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and the ability to translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions.

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dataverse)

• Strong SQL skills, including data modeling, performance tuning, and ETL processes

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange integration

• Experience with Azure DevOps, API integration, and application lifecycle management

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
