The Role
As Technical Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind delivery for a fast-paced engineering and machine learning team. You'll bring structure, visibility, and consistency to agile delivery, ensuring teams can move quickly while maintaining quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Own and drive agile delivery across innovative synthetic data and AI product initiatives.
• Manage and optimise sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Build and maintain high-quality Jira backlogs, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, and Research teams.
• Enhance operational maturity through process improvements, release management, governance, and delivery transparency
Your Experience
We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master who thrives in highly technical environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects. You'll be equally comfortable working with engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master within a technical environment
• Strong hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, including workflows, dashboards, and project structures
• Experience running successful two-week sprint cycles with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
• Background working with platform engineering, APIs, data engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused teams would be highly advantageous.
