The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced **Senior Full Stack Developer** to join their growing technology team in Essen. This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, shaping technical solutions, and influencing the future direction of enterprise applications.
Rather than simply delivering development tasks, you will act as a trusted technical partner, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive modernization initiatives across the organization's technology landscape.
• Design, develop, and enhance modern full-stack applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical strategy, and solution design decisions
• Lead modernization and migration initiatives, transforming legacy applications into scalable, future-ready solutions
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology colleagues to deliver high-impact solutions
• Champion software engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, documentation, and maintainable development standards
Your Experience

• Proven commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET
• Strong background working as a Full Stack Developer within enterprise or production environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and modern software delivery practices
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application development
• Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs and cloud-native solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting legacy modernization projects or a keen interest in transformation initiatives
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
• German language skills at C2 level
